About me

With a background in journalism, communications law, and crisis management, Sílvia Ferreira spent nearly a decade as a television reporter for Portuguese broadcaster TVI. Following her time in media, she co-founded a skateboarding magazine, producing cultural events and managing urban art projects for leading international brands. She is also the co-founder of a skateboarding and urban arts school, which includes a free indoor skatepark—projects that reflect her passion for creativity and community.
Despite a fulfilling career rooted in human connection, Sílvia felt a deeper calling. This led her to explore Eastern philosophies, beginning with a four-year Yoga training, followed by extensive studies in Feng Shui through courses, workshops, and independent research.
Driven by her investigative mind, she sought to understand the why behind Feng Shui. It was through the Feng Shui Institute that she discovered the scientific and philosophical foundations she was searching for—rooted in mathematical principles, physics, and natural sciences. This understanding gave depth and clarity to the techniques she was mastering, and revealed the profound impact Feng Shui can have on people’s lives.
What inspires her most? Helping others create environments that foster joy, balance, and fulfillment—empowering them to live the life they truly desire.
Her journey naturally evolved into co-founding the Feng Shui Institute Portugal, in collaboration with Master Alan Stirling.
